Wow todays training was bad...sir pick me,imran,wei xiang n haris to go do 2 sets (150m,250m,300m x2) warh the other oni had to do 1 set..n thn after training was nice..tuck yan,wei xiang,suet man,lucas,me,jun wai,matthew n colin went to esso after training.. we ate maggi me ther n bought drinks lolx..every1 left exp for me,bk, junwai and matthew..thn we ate sunflower seeds..lolx dam funny..n thn we saw shu wen n her gang

After tht we walked back to skul n went to bathe..4 of us..1 shower..wad to do..?dont ask me wad happen

thn skul started n jun wai was telling us abt training in cameron..lolx..

skul today was ok.. i guess ...i mean i forgotten to bring my geo books n lucky teacher didnt knw abt it..woots..

lolx..i knw i knw .. i nvr update my blog..

today got training lolx..have to wake up early...so.i went ther at 7.35 thn i was the earliest ther ...thn ltr i saw bk..lolx went to him n we waited at the front gate..thn saw aaron tan..thn saw jiao yin(damni thot i tht i told her tht today got no training) n wei xiang..lolx we all thot it was raining..thn ee vern told us to jog 3 rounds..n thn did sum drills wif bk..but me,gerard n bk did drills 3 times..

1.we did as a normal athletes routine
2.did wif Amar
3.we have to do agn 1 by1

thn we had to run as many rounds as we can in 40 mins time..me n bk ran 14 rounds only...thn after training me n bk went to the canteen to eat brunch..n agn 2 glass of coke was my brunch..thn mattew joined us..after tht we went to bathe in the toilet lolx..bk brought sum sunsilk shampoo..

n thn in skul..i was freaking tired n i'm gonna be so dead..

Training was awsome 2day...well nt becuz i slipped on a small rock n fell...eventhough i was bleeding i still kept joging.. 1st i came at 7.35 saw wei xiang,elsa tuck yan n suet man .oo yea i wasnt the oni 1who got injured anyway..leonidas aso kena(lucas push him down)XD thn thiben ,anderson n rajasegar got kicked frm atletes..cuz we all complained to sir tht they all ponteng n go library..the skip drills aso..bunch of losers cant even run fast...thn.we did cross running. n thn sir did sumthing to me( ask gerard)...after training me n bryan go buy drink..since i nvr eat anythin i was dam hungry...so i bought 1 glass of coke..drank it all in less thn 30 sec..n thn bought another 1..n tht was my "brunch"

warh...woke up late for training today..but i went anyway...we had to pass batons n run around the field 3 times ~nt drive,but sprint~...me, bryan, amirul, haris, imran n frizad were in 1 team...

i sprinted aso..lolx but after tht i just fell of exhaustion..n thn i told imran i cant run anymore thn he said tht he was tired aso n just jog..

i asked thiben anak lelaki theboh to ganti me...lolx but i ran aso so he ran for nothin..dam tired.

when i came to skul..i was seriously exhausted....n 2day got moral aso..but we got a free period (she gave us the free period) lolx was quiet in class n always on the chair..alot of ppl ask me "y i emo so much" swt -.-` but got no science test..haizz our teacher didnt come..

when i came back i just layed on the couch n slept..woke up at 10

Damien didnt come today..dam if he came i would be laughing lyk mad..n the moral teacher didnt come..woots (thx God) oo yea n eng we got a test..it was kinda easy..Kh was the worst..i mean me n gerard wanted to eat cuz he was hungry.n we were sappose to go for recess at 3.15 but tht kh teacher held all of us..all the probates in 1br oni had lyk..5 min to eat? well we didnt open the store..well cuz .

Man, its monday 2day ..zzz well nothin much happened at skul...but i got my moral 2 back n she wrote sum cursive writting tht i dont understand .wat seems to be "kamu mesti" looked lyk "kamu mati"...lolx i was dam scared man..zzz.after tht during art time we did sum plaster thingy.. n mine looked pretty gud..lolx..or maybe HORRIBLE..lolx u can aso jonee how horrible it looked ..n thn when we started our moral teacher came into class n said "who got jumpa saya stand up!" lolx actually it wasnt me oni. there were a few guys..lolx i'm actually hating everyday of my life..

n thn BM time was ok..i was quiet n she asked every1 to stand up..n thn later she saw me doin my work n she asked me to sit down..woots but ait was kinda of a bad day..
